Cancellation policy

Wedding dates are reserved months in advance, and a vehicle held for your date cannot usually be booked by another couple. That is why wedding bookings have a deposit and written cancellation terms.

Where your terms are written

The exact deposit, refund and cancellation deadlines for your booking are written on your quote and booking agreement before you pay anything. If they are not clear, ask us before you book.

How to cancel or change your booking

• Send cancellations and date changes in writing, so there is a record of the date we received them.
• We confirm every cancellation or change in writing.
• If you are moving your wedding date, ask about moving the booking before you cancel: it depends on vehicle availability for the new date.

Changes made by us

If we cannot provide the vehicle you booked, we will offer a vehicle of the same or a higher class. If that is not acceptable to you, payments made for that vehicle are refunded.
