Terms of service

These terms cover the use of this website and the general basis on which DC Wedding Limo provides wedding transportation. The specific terms of each booking, including price, deposit, payment dates, cancellation and overtime, are set out in your written quote and booking agreement, and those documents take priority over this page.

Quotes

A quote request does not reserve a vehicle. A quote describes the vehicles, the hours reserved and an itemized price. Availability is confirmed when you accept the quote and pay the deposit it states.

Your booking

• Please give accurate addresses, times and passenger numbers. Vehicles cannot carry more passengers than their legal capacity.
• Changes to the schedule, stops or passenger count should be sent to us in writing before the wedding day and may change the price.
• Time beyond the reserved hours is handled as stated on your quote.

Conduct and safety

• The chauffeur may refuse or end a trip if the safety of passengers, the chauffeur or the public is at risk.
• Alcohol is only for passengers aged 21 or older and only where the vehicle and the law allow it.
• Damage to a vehicle beyond normal use, including excessive cleaning, may be charged as stated in your booking agreement.

Delays outside our control

Traffic, road closures, weather and events can affect travel times in the DC area. We plan buffer time into every schedule, but cannot be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
